| ALLOWED_GITHUB_USERS | Yes | Comma-separated GitHub usernames allowed to sign in and use the server. | |
| GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET | Yes | Client secret from the GitHub OAuth app used for sign-in. | |
| COOKIE_ENCRYPTION_KEY | Yes | Random key for encrypting cookies, for example the output of openssl rand -hex 32. |
