| GRIST_API_KEY | Yes | Your Grist API key. Obtain from Account Settings > Developer > API keys. | |
| GRIST_API_URL | Yes | The base URL of your Grist instance (e.g., https://docs.getgrist.com/api). | |
| MCP_SERVER_TOKEN | Yes | A secret token used to authenticate requests to this MCP server. |
