Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| WAT_BROKER_PORT | No | WebSocket port the WAT instance connects to (/wat). | 3461 |
| WAT_ACCESS_TOKEN | Yes | Shared secret; must match the token configured in the WebApp Tinkerer. |
