Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| JWT_SECRET | Yes | Secret for signing JWTs. Must be at least 32 characters. | |
| SERVER_URL | No | Externally visible HTTPS URL when using a reverse proxy or tunnel. | |
| PI_WORK_DIR | No | Working directory for jailing file tools. | |
| TOKEN_EXPIRY | No | OAuth token expiry in seconds (default 3600). | 3600 |
| PI_BOOTSTRAP_SECRET | Yes | Bootstrap secret used as RFC 7591 registration access token. Must be at least 32 characters. | |
| PI_CLOUDFLARED_PATH | No | Path to cloudflared binary if not in PATH. |
