Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MCP_PATH_SECRET | Yes | Path secret that makes the MCP endpoint exist at /mcp/<secret>. Generate with `openssl rand -hex 24` and put in .dev.vars / environment. | |
| STRIPE_SECRET_KEY | No | Stripe secret key (restricted, read-only on charges/refunds/customers) for campaign attribution. | |
| STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET | No | Stripe webhook secret for verifying webhook signatures. |
