# QR Cloud MCP Server
The official, hosted **Model Context Protocol (MCP) server** of [QR Cloud](https://qr-cloud.com) – the QR code marketing platform.
Let Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and other AI assistants create **dynamic QR codes** and **short links**, set up **QR Reviews** (a QR code that collects star ratings and sends happy guests to Google or Tripadvisor) and read your **scan, click and review statistics** – right from the chat.
> "Create a QR Review for my café that sends guests to our Google page, and make a QR code for the table stands."
- **Server URL (Streamable HTTP):** `https://qr-cloud.com/mcp`
- **Authentication:** OAuth 2.1 (sign in with QR Cloud, PKCE + dynamic client registration) or your API key as Bearer token
- **Docs:** https://qr-cloud.com/mcp-server/
- **Official MCP Registry:** `com.qr-cloud/qr-codes`
- **Requirements:** a QR Cloud account on a plan with API access ([pricing](https://qr-cloud.com/#pricing))
This repository contains documentation and listing metadata only. The server is operated by QR Cloud; there is nothing to install or self-host.
mcp-name: com.qr-cloud/qr-codes

### Windsurf, Cline and other clients
Use the server URL `https://qr-cloud.com/mcp`. Clients without OAuth support can send your API key from [qr-cloud.com/account-api](https://qr-cloud.com/account-api):
```json
{
"mcpServers": {
"qr-cloud": {
"url": "https://qr-cloud.com/mcp",
"headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" }
}
}
}
```
Clients that only speak stdio can bridge with `npx mcp-remote https://qr-cloud.com/mcp`.
