Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| JWT_SECRET | No | Secret for signing JWTs (32+ characters). Required in REAL mode. | |
| MCP_CONSENT | No | Set to '1' to enable consent screen. | |
| MCP_FAKE_IDP | No | Set to '1' to replace GitHub with local stub. Implies MCP_FAKE_AUTH=1. | |
| MCP_FAKE_AUTH | No | Set to '1' to enable fake authentication mode (offline). | |
| GITHUB_CLIENT_ID | No | GitHub OAuth App client ID for REAL mode. | |
| GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET | No | GitHub OAuth App client secret for REAL mode. |
