Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| QUALYS_PLATFORM | Yes | POD code (e.g., US1, US2, EU1). Determines API and Gateway URLs. | |
| QUALYS_USERNAME | Yes | Qualys API user username. | |
| QUALYS_GATEWAY_URL | No | Explicit Gateway URL override for unlisted PODs. | |
| QUALYS_MCP_API_KEY | No | Optional shared secret for HTTP transport. | |
| QUALYS_MCP_MODULES | No | Comma-separated allowlist of modules to scope the console. | |
| QUALYS_CONSOLE_LABEL | No | Names the console in logs and server name. | |
| QUALYS_ENABLE_DESTRUCTIVE | No | Set to 'true' to register destructive tools. |
