| RH_AUTH_SECRET | Yes | Shared secret used to verify rh-auth HS256 Bearer JWTs for agent authentication. | |
| OKTA_ISSUER_URL | Yes | The Okta issuer URL (e.g., https://your-tenant.okta.com/oauth2/default). | |
| OKTA_CLIENT_SECRET | Yes | The Okta OIDC client secret. |
