`MCP_REGISTRY_PUBLIC_KEY`	No	Optional base64 Ed25519 public key for MCP Registry HTTP ownership verification.
`MAINNET_SETTLEMENT_APPROVED`	No	Whether mainnet settlement has been explicitly approved. Defaults to false.	false
