Uses git blame and commit history to trace the source file and line from a stack trace, and retrieves commit message, PR info, and reviewer comments linked to the fault.
Click on "Install Server".
Wait a few minutes for the server to deploy. Once ready, it will show a "Started" state.
In the chat, type
@followed by the MCP server name and your instructions, e.g., "@triage-agent-mcpFind the commit that caused this stack trace"

How it works
Three tools, called in sequence by the agent:
