2. **`mcp-doctor fix <file.json>`**: Auto-repairs trailing commas, invalid comments, and single-quote syntax errors that crash Claude Desktop and Cursor.
3. **MCP Stdio Server Mode**: Allows your AI assistant to self-diagnose and repair other MCP servers directly inside the chat.
