In the chat, type
@followed by the MCP server name and your instructions, e.g., "@memory-serverremember that my name is Alex"
That's it! The server will respond to your query, and you can continue using it as needed.
Here is a step-by-step guide with screenshots.
Memory Server (MCP)
This repository contains a minimal Memory Server implemented with the MCP protocol (FastMCP).
It exposes tools for:
save,get,delete,list_keysNamespace‑aware variants:
save_with_namespace,get_by_namespace
All data is persisted in ./memory_data.json as JSON objects that include a timestamp.
Usage
# Install dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt
# Run the demo (which exercises all tools)
python main.pyThe script will print a short demonstration of saving, retrieving, listing and deleting keys.
No external server or TTY is required – everything runs locally in a single process.
