Server Configuration

Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

NameRequiredDescriptionDefault
PIPEWORX_API_KEYNoOptional API key for a free Pipeworx account, sent as a Bearer token. Without a key, calls are anonymous and capped at 50 calls a day; a free account raises the cap to 200 a day.
NODE_USE_ENV_PROXYNoSet to 1 to make newer Node releases honour HTTPS_PROXY when using the local stdio bridge, since Node's built-in fetch does not read HTTPS_PROXY by default.
PIPEWORX_META_TOOLSNoSet to 1 to also list the gateway-wide meta-tools (ask_pipeworx, discover_tools, search_within, remember/recall, etc.) alongside this pack's tools.
