get_rate

2つの通貨間の現在の為替レートを取得します（例: USD、EUR）。レート値とタイムスタンプを返します。

convert

現在のレートで、ある通貨から別の通貨へ金額を変換します。変換後の金額と適用された為替レートを返します。

get_historical_rate

特定の日付（形式: YYYY-MM-DD）における2つの通貨間の為替レートを取得します。履歴レートと日付を返します。

get_currencies

サポートされているすべての通貨をコードと正式名称で一覧表示します。変換やレート確認の前に通貨コードを確認するために使用します。
