Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| ROOT_DIR | No | Directory exposed to clients as /. Default is /data in the image, / otherwise. | |
| MCP_TOKEN | No | Bearer token for /mcp. Generated with a tunnel, else required. Without a tunnel the server refuses to start without it. | |
| MCP_TRANSPORT | No | stdio to serve over stdin/stdout (same as --stdio). Default is http. | |
| WRITE_ENABLED | No | Register the write tools. Default is false. | |
| MAX_READ_BYTES | No | Largest chunk read_file returns per call. Default is 1048576. | |
| CLOUDFLARED_PATH | No | cloudflared binary to run. Default is cloudflared. | |
| MCP_ALLOW_NO_AUTH | No | Run without a token, only on a trusted network. Default is false. | |
| CLOUDFLARE_TUNNEL_TOKEN | No | Named tunnel token. Unset means a quick tunnel. |
