Kinds: file-exists {path}, symbol-exists {name,file?}, symbol-exported {name,file}, import-resolves {from,specifier}, no-other-importers {file}, no-other-callers {symbol,file?}. Returns verified|refuted|unverifiable with node ids and edge confidence; hard verdicts require EXTRACTED facts.
