| SSH_MCP_PASSPHRASE | No | Passphrase for the private key, read from the environment as an alternative to the --passphrase CLI option. | |
| SSH_MCP_SUDO_PASSWORD | No | The sudo password, stored in the process environment so the model never sees it. Used when the agent calls a command with sudo:true. The env var name can be changed with --sudo-password-env. |
