Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID | Yes | Your Twilio Account SID (AC...). Required for the server to authenticate against Twilio. | |
| TWILIO_API_KEY_SID | Yes | The Twilio API Key SID (SK...). Create a Standard API key in the Twilio Console under Account → API keys & tokens. Do not use the account auth token. | |
| TWILIO_API_KEY_SECRET | Yes | The Twilio API Key secret (shown once at creation). Used for HTTP Basic auth with the API key. |
