Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| IDENTITY_KEY_ARN | Yes | ARN of the KMS key used for envelope encryption. Required to boot the service. | |
| OPS_METRICS_BASIC_AUTH | No | HTTP Basic credential for the private operator metrics page, in the form `user:password`. When absent the `/ops` routes are never registered (404); a malformed value is a boot failure. |
