Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| HALO_SCOPE | No | API permission scope. Default is 'all'. | all |
| HALO_TENANT | No | Tenant name for multi-tenant deployments. | |
| HALO_BASE_URL | No | Your Halo ITSM instance URL (no trailing slash). Required for all modes. | |
| MCP_TRANSPORT | No | Transport mode: stdio or http. Default is stdio. | stdio |
| HALO_CLIENT_ID | No | Halo API Client ID. Required for environment auth mode. | |
| MCP_PUBLIC_URL | No | External HTTPS URL for OAuth metadata. Required for OAuth proxy mode. | http://localhost:3000 |
