| ICLOUD_APP_PASSWORD | Yes | The app-specific password that Apple generated for Apple Calendar MCP. | |
| EXTERNAL_AUTHORIZATION | No | Set to 'true' when Cloudflare Access or another outside guard protects the /authorize endpoint. Can be used instead of APPROVAL_PASSWORD. |
