Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| KEF_DEVICE_NAME | Yes | Substring of its Spotify Connect name (e.g. KEF) | |
| SPOTIFY_CLIENT_ID | Yes | Spotify app client ID | |
| SPOTIFY_CLIENT_SECRET | Yes | Spotify app client secret | |
| SPOTIFY_REFRESH_TOKEN | Yes | Refresh token obtained from Spotify OAuth |
