Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| BASE_RPC_URL | No | Keyed Base RPC URL. Free public RPCs are used as fallback. | |
| CDP_API_KEY_ID | No | Coinbase CDP facilitator API key ID, if using the CDP facilitator. | |
| CDP_API_KEY_SECRET | No | Coinbase CDP facilitator API key secret, used together with CDP_API_KEY_ID. |
