| TOKEN_ENC_KEY | Yes | A random string of 32+ characters used to encrypt the Instagram token. | |
| SESSION_SECRET | Yes | A different random string of 32+ characters used for session security. | |
| PUBLIC_BASE_URL | Yes | The public base URL of your deployed server, lowercase, e.g. https://ai-instagram-mcp.<your-subdomain>.workers.dev |
