Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MCP_PORT | No | Port for the MCP server to listen on. | 8790 |
| SHOTGUN_TOKEN | Yes | Your Shotgun API token. Find it in your organizer dashboard → Intégration > API. | |
| MCP_AUTH_TOKEN | No | Authentication token required by clients (Authorization: Bearer <token>). Leave empty only for local use. | |
| MCP_PUBLIC_HOST | No | Public host behind the reverse proxy (anti-DNS-rebinding). | |
| SHOTGUN_ORGANIZER_ID | Yes | Your Shotgun organizer ID. Find it in your organizer dashboard → Intégration > API. |
