Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MCP_DEMO_USER | Yes | Demo user for the MCP gateway credential. Required when running the demo profile. | |
| MCP_DEMO_TOKEN | Yes | Demo user's token/password on the IRIS side; used to derive MCP_DEMO_AUTH. Required when running the demo profile. | |
| MCP_GATEWAY_URL | No | Gateway URL used when retargeting clients, e.g. https://<your-host>/mcp/gateway. The local client configuration points at http://localhost:8080/mcp/gateway. |
