Click on "Deploy Server".
Wait a few minutes for the server to deploy. Once ready, it will show a "Started" state.
In the chat, type @ followed by the MCP server name and your instructions, e.g., "@Deoochform MCP Server Create a feedback form with a star rating and a comment box, then give me the link."
That's it! The server will respond to your query, and you can continue using it as needed.

Deoochform is a form builder with a remote MCP server built in. You can drag fields around in the visual studio like any other form tool, or skip that entirely and ask your assistant to build the form for you, then read the responses back the same way.
Respondents never sign in. They open a public /f/<slug> link, fill it in, and
submit.
This repository is the public home of the connector: the manifest, the tool reference, and the setup notes. The product itself is hosted, so there is nothing to install or run.

A browser tab opens, you approve the connection, and you are done. The connection acts as you, with your role and your plan.

Ten tools, and the list is the permission model: the server cannot do anything
these do not expose. There is no delete tool, no billing access, and no
reach into workspace members or other workspaces. update_form can set a form
to closed, which stops new responses without destroying anything.

Browser based OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. No token to paste, nothing stored in a config file. Dynamic client registration is supported, so most clients need nothing but the URL.
Discovery follows the spec, so a client that has never seen the server can find its way in unaided:

Capability is settled per URL rather than per request, because an app directory
registers its OAuth client against a base URL and then freezes it. If you are
adding the connector today, use /api/mcp/v2.
