Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| JMAP_SESSION_URL | Yes | JMAP session endpoint (e.g. https://api.fastmail.com/jmap/session) | |
| ATTACHMENT_URL_SECRET | No | Secret for sealing signed attachment URLs; set for multi-replica deployments (default: random per-process key) |
