| TEAMS_MCP_CLIENT_ID | No | Authenticate with your own Azure AD app registration instead of the default Microsoft Graph CLI app. Set to your app registration's client ID (GUID). | |
| TEAMS_MCP_READ_ONLY | No | Start the MCP server in read-only mode. When set to true, disables all write operations (sending messages, creating chats, uploading files, editing/deleting messages) and requests only read-permission scopes from Microsoft Graph. | |
| TEAMS_MCP_TENANT_ID | No | Pin the authority to a specific tenant (e.g. contoso.onmicrosoft.com); required for single-tenant app registrations. |
