Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| CALENDAR_TIME_ZONE | No | IANA time zone name, such as America/New_York. Defaults to UTC. | UTC |
| ICLOUD_APP_PASSWORD | No | Apple app-specific password generated at account.apple.com. | |
| EXTERNAL_AUTHORIZATION | No | Set to true only after Cloudflare Access protects /authorize; disables the requirement for APPROVAL_PASSWORD. |
