| CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN | Yes | Cloudflare API token used for deployment (must be passed explicitly; global token may point elsewhere). | |
| CONFIG.allowedEmails | No | Explicit list of named individuals allowed access (in src/config.ts). | |
| CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID | Yes | Your Cloudflare account ID. | |
| COOKIE_ENCRYPTION_KEY | No | Cookie encryption key. Set with wrangler secret put. |
