Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| UNIFI_SITE | No | Site name to use when the controller manages multiple sites. If not set and multiple sites exist, tools will return an error unless a site is specified per tool. | |
| UNIFI_API_KEY | Yes | API key for the UniFi Controller (required). | |
| UNIFI_VERIFY_SSL | No | Whether to verify SSL certificates. Default is false because UniFi controllers typically use self-signed certificates. | false |
| UNIFI_CONTROLLER_IP | Yes | IP address or hostname of the UniFi Controller (required). |
