Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MCP_TOKEN | Yes | The bearer token of the /mcp endpoint. | |
| APP_SECRET | Yes | Signs the session cookie and OAuth codes; changing it signs everyone out. | |
| APP_PASSWORD | Yes | The one sign-in password for the app. | |
| DATABASE_URL | No | libSQL database URL. Leave empty locally to use a local SQLite file. | |
| DATABASE_AUTH_TOKEN | No | Authentication token for the libSQL database. Only needed when DATABASE_URL points to a remote database such as Turso. |
