Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

Name	Required	Description
`TURSO_URL`	No	Fallback for STRATA_DATABASE_URL.
`STRATA_SITE_URL`	No	Public site URL used for links in MCP results. Without it links are `strata:<ref>`.
`STRATA_NAV_SLUGS`	No	Comma list of page slugs linked from site navigation, so `surfaces orphans` skips them.
`STRATA_SITE_NAME`	No	Name used in MCP tool descriptions. Neutral wording when unset.
`TURSO_AUTH_TOKEN`	No	Fallback for STRATA_AUTH_TOKEN.
`STRATA_AUTH_TOKEN`	No	libSQL auth token. TURSO_AUTH_TOKEN is accepted as a fallback.
`STRATA_PAGE_PATHS`	No	JSON map of page slug to route, for slugs that do not render at `/<slug>`, e.g. `{"press-kit":"/press_kit"}`.
`STRATA_DATABASE_URL`	No	libSQL URL (required). TURSO_URL is accepted as a fallback.
`STRATA_FRIENDS_PATHS`	No	Comma list purged after `strata friends` writes. Default `/about`.
`BLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKEN`	No	Vercel Blob token, needed for media sync, media ingest, media variants.
`STRATA_REVALIDATE_URL`	No	Base URL for cache purges after writes. Defaults to STRATA_SITE_URL.
`STRATA_REVALIDATE_TOKEN`	No	Token sent as `x-prerender-revalidate` (Vercel ISR bypass token). VERCEL_ISR_BYPASS_TOKEN is accepted too.
`VERCEL_ISR_BYPASS_TOKEN`	No	Fallback for STRATA_REVALIDATE_TOKEN.
`STRATA_REVALIDATE_CORE_PATHS`	No	Comma list purged by `strata revalidate --core`. Default `/`.

Guidance the server publishes about itself, which clients place ahead of the tool catalog so the model reads it before choosing anything.
