| MC_CLIENT_SECRET | No | Marketing Cloud API integration Client Secret. | |
| SF_CLIENT_SECRET | No | Salesforce Connected App Consumer Secret. Leave blank if PKCE is enabled without a secret. | |
| SF_REFRESH_TOKEN | No | Salesforce refresh token copied from .salesforce_token.json. Required for remote deployment. | |
| MCP_SHARED_SECRET | No | Bearer token required for remote HTTP access. Generate with `python3 -c "import secrets; print(secrets.token_urlsafe(32))"`. |
