Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| CODE_MCP_BEARER_TOKEN | No | The bearer token for HTTP authentication. This environment variable is used when the server is configured to listen on a non-loopback address (via `server.auth_token_env` in `config/projects.yaml`). It is required for remote access but optional for localhost-only deployments. |
