Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| server | No | SQL Server host name or IP address | |
| db-path | No | Path to SQLite database file | |
| database | No | Name of the database | |
| password | No | Password for authentication | |
| aws-region | No | AWS region for RDS instance | |
| aws-iam-auth | No | Enable AWS IAM authentication (must be 'true') | |
| connection-timeout | No | Connection timeout in milliseconds (default: 30000) |
