Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| R2_PUBLIC_URL | No | Public URL for the R2 bucket (e.g., https://aihopper.sihuen8.workers.dev). | |
| R2_ACCESS_KEY_ID | No | Cloudflare R2 access key ID. | |
| SEEDANCE_API_KEY | Yes | API key for Seedance 2.0 (ByteDance/Ark). Required to generate videos. | |
| SEEDANCE_POLL_MAX | No | Maximum polling timeout in seconds for video generation. Default is 300. | |
| OPENCLAW_STATE_DIR | No | Directory where the installer persists seedance.env. | |
| SEEDANCE_ENV_FILES | No | Space-separated list of .env file paths the installer searches for credentials (e.g., "/a/.env /b/.env"). | |
| SEEDANCE_STATE_DIR | No | Directory where videos/tasks are registered locally. Default is /tmp/seedance-mcp. | |
| R2_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY | No | Cloudflare R2 secret access key. |
