| CONSENT_SECRET | Yes | 48 random characters used to sign the 'don't ask again' consent cookie, set via `npx wrangler secret put CONSENT_SECRET`. | |
| ALLOWED_HUB_IDS | Yes | The HubSpot portal ID(s) allowed to sign in. Sign-ins to any other HubSpot account are refused. | |
| KV_NAMESPACE_ID | Yes | The KV namespace id for storing OAuth grants. Create it with `npx wrangler kv namespace create hubspot-mcp-oauth` and copy the id into the client's wrangler environment. | |
| HUBSPOT_CLIENT_ID | Yes | The client ID of the HubSpot MCP auth app. | |
| HUBSPOT_CLIENT_SECRET | Yes | The client secret of the HubSpot MCP auth app, set via `npx wrangler secret put HUBSPOT_CLIENT_SECRET`. |
