Server Configuration

Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

NameRequiredDescriptionDefault
HOSTNoHost to bind the headless MCP server to when running npm run mcp. Defaults to 127.0.0.1 unless you set HOST.127.0.0.1
LLM_PROVIDERNoPicks who plans a meeting turn. Valid values are mock (default), bedrock, openai, and nebius. If Bedrock or the OpenAI-compatible endpoint fails, the turn falls back to the deterministic classifier and the response is marked degraded.mock
TALK2BUILD_HOMENoMoves the SQLite file and the workspaces.
MCP_REQUIRE_AUTHNoSet to true to require authentication. Unauthenticated /mcp calls return 401 with no WWW-Authenticate header. Protected-resource and authorization-server metadata are under /.well-known/, and the token endpoint speaks OAuth 2.1 authorization-code + PKCE S256. The local authorization server auto-approves. Do not use it as a production identity provider.false
