Server Configuration

Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

NameRequiredDescriptionDefault
DAYUAN_STATE_DIRNoState directory where authorization and task receipts are stored. Priority is: --state-dir > DAYUAN_STATE_DIR > default (~/.config/dayuan-lite). The MCP server's state directory must match the one used by the login command; if you used a custom directory for login, set this environment variable (or add --state-dir to args).
DAYUAN_WECOM_CLINoLocal environment variable supported by both the CLI and MCP to specify the absolute path to the trusted official wecom-cli executable (>= 1.3.4), needed for the document/meeting read-only operations (dayuan_wecom_read). This is a program path, not a credential.
DAYUAN_ACCESS_TOKENNoExplicit access token, which takes priority over the cloud session. This method does not auto-renew. Optional; normally credentials are obtained via the CLI login flow.
