cortex
Allows analyzing GitHub repositories by URL, including private repositories via a GITHUB_TOKEN, and converting them into queryable knowledge graphs.
Click on "Deploy Server".
Wait a few minutes for the server to deploy. Once ready, it will show a "Started" state.
In the chat, type
@followed by the MCP server name and your instructions, e.g., "@cortexwhat breaks if I change mutateElement?"
That's it! The server will respond to your query, and you can continue using it as needed.
Here is a step-by-step guide with screenshots.
Abre archivos, adivina, vuelve a empezar.
Memoria, no búsqueda.

{
"mcpServers": {
"cortex": {
"command": "docker",
"args": ["exec", "-i", "cortex-analyzer", "cortex", "mcp"]
}
}
}Y tu agente puede responder cosas como:
Pregunta | Herramienta |
«¿Qué se rompe si cambio |
|
«¿Cómo llega la ruta |
|
«¿Qué cambió desde la v2?» |
|
«¿Dónde vive la lógica de autenticación?» |
|
list_projects · analyze_project · project_overview · search_code · node_context · file_context · community_context · find_path · impact_analysis · changes · get_report
git clone https://github.com/ldikay99/Cortex.git && cd Cortex
GITHUB_TOKEN=ghp_… docker compose up -d.
Desde la terminal, sin navegador:
docker exec cortex-analyzer cortex analyze https://github.com/excalidraw/excalidraw
python -m venv .venv && . .venv/bin/activate
pip install -e analyzer
cortex analyze ./mi-repo # guarda en ./datos/mi-repo/
cortex overview mi-repo

Hosted code graph over MCP: exact callers, dependencies, and cross-repo blast radius for AI agents.
The Cortex MCP server provides read-only access to real-time engineering context from the Cortex developer portal, allowing AI coding assistants to answer natural language questions about your organization's catalog (microservices, libraries, domains, teams, infrastructure), scorecards (engineering standards and best practices), initiatives (goals and deadlines), and Engineering Intelligence metrics. It includes tools for querying documentation, tracking personal entities, and accessing AI-assisted insights across the entire Cortex ecosystem.
Your org's AI agents, tasks, runs, search, and brain files as MCP tools and resources.
