Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| LANDFALL_LINK | No | A single-use share link URL to join a war room (e.g. via `landfall serve --link`). | |
| LANDFALL_SLUG | No | The organization slug. | |
| LANDFALL_TOKEN | No | Session or edge token for authentication. | |
| LANDFALL_BASE_URL | No | The base URL of the Landfall API. Also overrides a share link's origin (useful when the API is not on the link's host, e.g. local dev). | |
| LANDFALL_INCIDENT | No | The incident ID. | |
| LANDFALL_AGENT_LABEL | No | The agent label, e.g. 'Claude Code'. |
