Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

`DSP_CLI_DIR`	Yes	Directory containing `skills/`. Locally, your dsp-cli checkout; on Cloud Foundry, the bundled copy `cf/vendor/dsp-cli`.
`DSP_ENV_FILE`	No	Local convenience only: if set, this file is loaded into the environment at startup (lets an existing `dsp-cli/.env` keep working). Leave unset on Cloud Foundry.
`CLIENT_SECRET`	Yes	OAuth client secret, forwarded to each skill.
`DSP_SKIP_LOGIN`	No	Tells the skills to use DSP_SECRETS_B64 instead of logging in. Used on Cloud Foundry.
`DATASPHERE_HOST`	Yes	Datasphere tenant URL, forwarded to each skill.
`DSP_SECRETS_B64`	No	Base64-encoded secrets.json holding access + refresh tokens, written into the CLI token cache at startup for headless auth on Cloud Foundry.
`SKILL_TIMEOUT_MS`	No	Per-skill hard timeout (5 min).	300000
`MCP_ALLOWED_HOSTS`	No	Allowed hosts for the SDK's DNS-rebinding guard (e.g., the route host on Cloud Foundry).
`MCP_INCLUDE_STDERR`	No	When `1`, append child stderr to tool responses even on success.	0
