Kengeş ders arşivi (kenges-arsiv) için Python paketi. Şimdilik: arşiv doğrulama (kenges check). Sözleşme: ARCHITECTURE.md (§3 arşiv düzeni, §4 record.md, §6 paket).

Kurulum

Python ≥ 3.11 gerekir.

--remote: index etiketli release'in kenges-index.sqlite asset'ini kullanıcı önbelleğine indirir (Linux ~/.cache/kenges, macOS ~/Library/Caches/kenges, Windows %LOCALAPPDATA%\kenges\Cache). ETag/updated_at değişmediyse tekrar indirmez; arka planda her --refresh-minutes (varsayılan 15, 0 = kapalı) dakikada kontrol eder, yeni dosyayı doğrulayıp (integrity_check + şema sürümü) atomik değiştirir. Ağ yoksa son geçerli önbellekle çalışır, hiç yoksa hata verir. Etiket: --tag (varsayılan index). Private repo / yüksek hız sınırı için GITHUB_TOKEN ortam değişkeni kullanılabilir.

Ref linkleri için indeks kenges index ... --repo <owner/repo> --commit <sha> ile üretilir (https://github.com/<repo>/blob/<sha>/<kayıt dizini>/<dosya>); CI bunu otomatik yapar.

Hata varsa çıkış kodu 1, yoksa 0. Denetlenenler: catalog/courses.yaml, her record.md (şema, konum/origin kuralları), files[].sha256/size, mükerrer sha256 ve id, based_on/related hedefleri, kayıtsız dosyalar. .., mutlak yol ve symlink reddedilir.
