`GOOGLE_SHEET_ID`	No	The ID from the Google Sheets URL. Optional; used with GOOGLE_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_EMAIL and GOOGLE_PRIVATE_KEY.
`TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN`	Yes	Your Twilio Auth Token, copied from the Twilio console.
`GOOGLE_PRIVATE_KEY`	No	The private_key from the Google Sheets service account JSON file. Optional; used with GOOGLE_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_EMAIL and GOOGLE_SHEET_ID.
`TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID`	Yes	Your Twilio Account SID, copied from the Twilio console.
`TWILIO_WHATSAPP_NUMBER`	Yes	Your Twilio WhatsApp number in the format 'whatsapp:+14155238886' (Sandbox or production).
`TWILIO_VALIDATE_SIGNATURE`	No	Set to 'true' to validate that incoming webhook requests are genuinely from Twilio. Defaults to 'false' if not set.	false
`GOOGLE_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_EMAIL`	No	The client_email from the Google Sheets service account JSON file. Optional; if set along with GOOGLE_PRIVATE_KEY and GOOGLE_SHEET_ID, new catalog images are automatically added to a Google Sheet.
