Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| VAULT_URL | No | Optional URL of an external vault server for fetching personas and skills. If not set, uses local files. | |
| EDIT_TOKEN | Yes | Token for editing content (author token for upsert operations). Required. | |
| AUTHOR_NAME | Yes | Name of the author for the server instance. Required. | |
| SIGNING_PUBLIC_KEY | No | Optional corresponding Ed25519 public key. | |
| SIGNING_PRIVATE_KEY | No | Optional Ed25519 private key for signing content. If provided, SIGNING_PUBLIC_KEY must also be set. |
