Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| INSTANCE_ID | No | A unique identifier for this server instance, used for logging and routing. | |
| DATABASE_URL | Yes | The PostgreSQL connection string (e.g., from Supabase session-pooler, port 5432). | |
| TOKEN_SECRET | Yes | A secret key for HMAC-signing cart tokens (generate with `secrets.token_urlsafe(32)`). | |
| STATELESS_MODE | No | Set to '1' for stateless mode (modern protocol), '0' for legacy session-based mode. |
