# ship-it-mcp

MCP plugin for Claude that connects to GitHub — view repos, check status, commit and push, manage PRs.

## Setup

1. Install dependencies:
   ```
   npm install
   ```

2. Create a GitHub Personal Access Token:
   - Go to github.com → Settings → Developer Settings → Personal Access Tokens → Fine-grained tokens
   - Give it access to your repos (read + write)
   - Copy the token

3. Create a `.env` file:
   ```
   GITHUB_TOKEN=your_token_here
   ```

4. Register with Claude Code (add to your MCP settings):

## Tools
